本ポリシーは、パズルアプリ「モチプレ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは個人開発者により提供されています。連絡先は本ポリシー末尾に記載しています。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録の仕組みはなく、開発者が管理するサーバーもありません。 また、位置情報、カメラ、マイク、写真、連絡先へのアクセスも行いません。
本アプリは、ゲームを楽しんでいただくために以下の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。 これらは外部に送信されず、開発者が閲覧することもできません。
これらの情報は、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすると削除されます。
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。 AdMob は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するため、広告識別子（Advertising ID / IDFA）や端末に関する情報を自動的に取得することがあります。 これらの情報の取得と利用は Google 社によって行われ、開発者がその内容を取得・保管することはありません。
Google によるデータの利用については、 Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 をご確認ください。
広告のパーソナライズは、端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます。 Android は「設定 → プライバシー → 広告」、iOS は「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」からご変更いただけます。
iOS でのトラッキングの許可について。 iOS では、本アプリの起動時に「トラッキングを許可しますか」という確認が表示されることがあります。 これは Apple の App Tracking Transparency の仕組みによるもので、 許可しない場合でも本アプリのすべての機能をこれまでどおりご利用いただけます。 許可の有無は、いつでも端末の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」から変更できます。
これらの地域の方には、GDPR および関連法令にもとづき、以下のとおりお知らせします。
処理の法的根拠。 パーソナライズ広告のために広告識別子を利用する法的根拠は、利用者の同意です。 同意は、本アプリの起動時に表示される同意画面で取得します。 同意されない場合、パーソナライズ広告は表示されませんが、本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
取り扱う情報と管理者。 本アプリの開発者は、個人を特定できる情報を収集も保管もしません。 広告識別子や端末情報を取得・利用するのは Google LLC であり、 その取り扱いについては Google のプライバシーに関する説明 をご確認ください。
保存期間。 本アプリが保存する情報は利用者の端末内のみに存在し、外部には送信されません。 保存期間の定めはなく、本アプリをアンインストールした時点で削除されます。
利用者の権利。
Google が取得したデータに関するご請求は、Google 社へ直接お問い合わせください。 本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、末尾の連絡先までお願いいたします。
本アプリは、しばらく起動がない場合にお知らせを表示することがあります。 この通知は端末内で予約・表示されるもので、外部のサーバーを経由しません。 通知はアプリの設定画面、または端末の設定からいつでもオフにできます。
本アプリは幅広い年齢の方を対象としており、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
法令の変更や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーを予告なく変更する場合があります。 変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

This policy explains how the puzzle app “MochiPre” (the “App”) handles user information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. There is no account system and no developer-operated server. The App does not access your location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts.
To let you play, the App stores the following on your device only. This data is never transmitted externally and cannot be viewed by the developer:
This data is removed when you uninstall the App.
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may automatically collect your advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) and device information in order to serve relevant ads. This collection and use is performed by Google; the developer does not receive or store this data. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can disable ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
App Tracking Transparency on iOS. On iOS you may see a prompt asking whether the App may track you when you open it. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency mechanism. If you decline, every feature of the App keeps working exactly as before. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The following applies to users in these regions under the GDPR and related laws.
Legal basis. The legal basis for using your advertising identifier for personalized ads is your consent, collected through the consent screen shown when you open the App. If you do not consent, you will not see personalized ads, but every feature of the App remains available.
What is processed, and by whom. The developer of the App neither collects nor stores personally identifiable information. Your advertising identifier and device information are collected and used by Google LLC; see Google's privacy notice for details.
Retention. Data saved by the App exists only on your device and is never transmitted externally. There is no fixed retention period; it is deleted when you uninstall the App.

The App may show a reminder if you have not opened it for a while. These notifications are scheduled and displayed locally on your device and do not involve any external server. You can turn them off at any time in the App settings or your device settings.
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
